Apollo Nida leads a life that is open to the outside world. His personal consciousness is forged by the heat of outer events. He is inclined to adopt the most objective viewpoint possible to be pragmatic and perhaps even materialistic.

Apollo Nida tries to adopt an impersonal approach to life in order to protect himself from his subjectivity, but he is devoted to the common cause. His destiny is almost entirely controlled by the people whose cause he has espoused.

Apollo Nida dwells in a world of dreams and subconscious thoughts. He cannot live without love, and he is always ready to submerge himself in another person. He is stirred by forces he cannot control, and may be aroused by passions which are impervious to the restraints of reason and logic. He is an emotive creature in harmony with the flow of his feelings, impulses, and urges.

Apollo Nida struggles to find a way to fit into the physical world and all of its limitations. He is idealistic and has a strong sense of detachment from practical matters. He is usually unaware of his surroundings, but can become desperate if his material resources are depleted. He sometimes sees himself as unfit for this world and believes that he cannot attach himself to anything that would help him survive. However, Apollo’s impractical nature allows him to see life’s possibilities in a limitless way and to pursue a spiritual quest.
