AZ leads a life which is open to the outside world. His personal consciousness is forged by the heat of outer events. He is inclined to adopt the most objective viewpoint possible to be pragmatic and perhaps even materialistic.

AZ is attracted to interpersonal activities, but their significant need for inner security may stand in the way of their overtures to others. Since AZ is highly receptive to other people’s inner natures, they seek tight bonds with others. AZ unconsciously needs their psychological support in their quest for themselves. Were AZ to evaluate their psychological development, they would place more value upon human warmth, intimacy, and the need to share than on intellectual understanding or personal freedom of expression.

AZ is a realist. AZ approaches life pragmatically and even her feelings are based on rational, tangible evidence. AZ bases her judgements on past experience and is prone to skepticism. A hard worker, AZ takes pride in her own endeavors and has a personal concept of her productivity. AZ’s possessions help AZ assert herself as an individual and act as an antidote to any feelings of insecurity. As a result, material accomplishments may preoccupy AZ more than either love as a passion or intellectual or philosophical considerations. Nevertheless, AZ becomes attached to anything which offers her certainty.

AZ has a stable, well-tempered character which balances out the numerous contradictions and tensions in her astral theme. This allows her to achieve success without too much effort, but she must be careful not to take on too many responsibilities. Her confidence in her ability to accomplish things makes her spread herself too thin.
