Brian Presley became aware of the weaknesses which may be holding him back and preventing his evolution. He began by becoming aware of his pride and short temper. After working on controlling these weaknesses, he then became aware of his insatiable need for praise and his need to dominate. Lastly, he learned to tolerate criticism, which helped him grow and evolve.
