To relax, sit comfortably with mouth closed. Slowly breathe in through your nose, exhale fully, and pause briefly before taking another slow, deep inhalation. Do three to five times to feel calmer. Combine with neck stretches to ease tension. Lower your chin to your chest when you exhale. Inhale, then exhale and roll your head toward one shoulder, then the other. Return to center and repeat four times.
